The traditional definition of personal brand is your professional brand as an employee, consultant, leader, or entrepreneur. To me, your personal brand is your entire public persona that is consistent whether I run into you at an office or a sports game. You may be more casual at a sports game but your behavior and conduct should still be recognizable, your voice and the way you carry yourself should not be different from what I see at the office.
